There is still greater state which we can safely call “death of death”. A man who reaches this condition never returns after the span of life is over. It is in this condition that the man actually feels that he is dead in such a very subtle way that the idea of death hardly subsists. That means it goes very deep to the deepest core of the being, and the condition becomes part and parcel of life. “When a man, on his march to freedom, reaches the Trikuti or cavernous plexus such conditions occur. The symptom of reaching there is that the abhyasi feels darkness all round even in sunshine.”
