Behaviour
Sri Ramchandraji joined services in the Judge’s Court at Shahjahanpur on 12th January 1925. His general behaviour with his colleagues was extraordinarily good. The officers under whom he served were very happy with his work. The officers valued
him very much on account of his honesty, integrity and good work. Justice and honesty were the behavioural qualities that he learnt from his mother in childhood and continued throughout his life.
If Sri Ramchandraji fell into any official difficulty, everyone in the office irrespective of their rank would sympathise with him. Not only that, his officers also were very helpful to him. The officers used to trust Sri Ramchandraji so much that whatever draft or order he prepared was signed without hesitation. Sri Ramchandraji also took care to draft orders faithfully and carefully. His officers held him in high regard and esteem. His officers gave great remarks about his character that he was honest, efficient, hardworking, disciplined etc.
